A story of an historic area of Washington, D.C. called Georgetown, once an active port on the Potomac River, now an upscale neighborhood, home to legislators, media moguls, and a menagerie of quirky shops. Georgetown has reinvented itself time and again.  Will its history inspire one of its residents Annie Gillette to reinvent herself in the face of personal loss, an amorous friend…and murder, when one of Georgetown’s secrets is uncovered.
